Carbon parts arrived at my home from Diggity Designs. Front support plate and wing mount brace. I polished plate side by sand paper. And I cleaned by parts cleaner.  I coated side by CA for avoiding crack. Except suspension holder area. If you coated the area ,you can't push on holder metal bar. I jammed cream grease into mouth of steering post both side. For avoid dust. I put on bearing and wiped grease. I found a body mount post from my junk box. Then set the plate on steering post.  It looks nice. Wing mount brace carbon is processed as same as top plate.  DNX8 wing mount is long bridge structure. It put on shock tower only two screws and long nose connected on bulk head. Probably DNX8 trade protection shock tower and weight of wing mount. Long bridge need more strength. I would like to get a option changing wheelbase. This is rear suspension arm. Width of hing pin hole is 53.5mm. I cut off edge of hinge pin area 2mm. I cut both side total 4mm. Rear suspension arm width becomes 49.5mm. And I accustom with Doremel. I tried to adjust several times to get smooth movement. Put on bulk,off and Dremel and so on. I already modified rear hub carrier. It is about 1mm wider than original. Then I put a 2mm spacer on front a side.0.5mm on rear side. Therefor hub carrier move backward 1mm. Then I put a 1mm spacer on front end,a 3mm spacer on rear end. Totally wheelbase set as original. And I got a option changing wheelbase more length.

This is in my opinion,and I can't compensate my operation of break in. I don't break in by break in stand. Break in stand continue rotate fixed rotational speed. Then thermal expansion lean on piston top exhaust area. Then piston side does't scrape uniformity. Break in on the car changes rotational speed. It becomes short term heat cycling. (Break in on the car? I can't translate well.Please teach me.) When high throttle ,Piston expand and scrape. When low throttle,Piston contraction and get lubrication. I think heat cycling is most important for scraping uniformity of piston side. But there are many ways of break in on the car. Which is the bast way? I overlooked Next button on Lunsford web site. They have 5x64 turnbuckle. I ordered two for total $37. Probably it takes a week from Oregon US to Japan.

Writing about engines are so difficult for me. Please comment me about wrong English composition. Break in is most important thing of nitro engines life. Why it is so? RC nitro engines don't have piston ring. Piston fits sleeve directly. It cause complex issue. Piston is heated by combustion. Sleeve is heated by piston indirectly. There is gap heating timing. Then these increase volume by thermal expansion. Like I told another story. Thermal expansion is not uniformity. And each material has each thermal expansion rate. line expansion rate Aluminum(piston)　             :　23.1 Brass(sleeve)                    :  17.5 Chromium(sleeve surface)   :    6.8 So sleeve resist thermal expansion. I would like to modify rear hub carrier and dog bones. I have many junk parts. I found a hub carrier. It's XB9 carrier made by Alu. I put on tube spacer into the hing pin hole on original hub carrier, and through driver on both holes. Then I compare position of both hubs. XB9 is 0.2mm longer than original that between hing pin to edge of carrier. It's almost same including original axls implementation has sloppy gaps. Another angle of both role center position. Just same and I got a option changing role center. But XB8 width is 1mm longer than original. I lost a option to change wheelbase. XB8,XB9 dog bones length is same as original. . So I got a option of hub width. I have three size hubs. This is original rear drive unit. It's HUDY drive unit. Rotation parts are more lighten. Hub carrier is little heavy. I don't like painting body. Because It smells bad. Bud I have to paint to complete the kit. Last night I painted DNX8 body. First I use with airbrush.  It's normal double action by Tamiya. Compressor is same by Tamiya.  I paint along with thunder pattern. Use white metallic. Then I splay metallic violet.  Then I spay black. It's called backing in Japan. I don't know what In English. Could you teach me? Important things are.. ①You must dry well by one color by. I left one day to dry one color. I mean I forget painting. ②Don't harry. When you remove masking tape, you have to be slowly. If break skin of paint,you must stop to remove. Then you cut the skin along with edge of pattern by design knife. skin of paint?  I don't know how translation that. Do you understand? Could you teach me?
