Center diff

I've came back to home.
I checked MP9 center diff  can mount to DNX8.
Length of between bearings is same as DNX8.
But diff case diameter is longer.
MP9 center diff case is big.
Center diff rotates most high speed.
Diff oil is heated much more compare with other diffs.

Diff case hit to nut on chassis.
Diff can't rotate.
I need to put 2mm shim under the diff mount.
It's not good that high rotation parts mounted upper position.

Arrma

I warry about Durango parts providing. AMain can provide parts after soon I put parts on cart or wish list. Probably they don't want to make dead stock. Then they watch customers need. I want bulk head. But it will stock on end of June. But I found another brand Arrma. Is the bulkhead same spec as DNX8? Is Arrma one of Hobbico brand? The picture is Durango. It is 2 dollars expensive.

Break In Part3

This picture is same type OS engine piston. But each engines take different way of break in. Already you can understand. Left side is running in,right side is stand in.  Each engine left side is exhaust side. Thermal expansion lean left side continued long time. Then piston top scrape right side only.  And piston side doesn't scrape uniformity. Stand in disuse piston. Not break in,only do break. It takes a balance by chance for short term. So I said heat cycle is very important. Heat cycling protect piston to lean thermal. Perfect break in is like this. Piston top scraping belt width is uniformity on zoom up shot! AND piston side luster is uniformity.
