How can find burr?

At first how can find burr?

There are many burrs on RC engine.
Crankcase,crankshaft,sleeve,piston.

For example this picture is taken by iPhonX x2 mode.
We can’t find any burr.


Accuracy is defined by product purposes.
Aircraft engines require more preciousness than car engine.

Miniature RC engines require more preciousness than car engine.

RC engines don’t have piston ring.
Then Primary component requires high accuracy.

Now digital microscope is sold under 60 dollars.
It can be watch x 600.

If you have child you should buy it for science learning.
It can connect PC or monitor.


It’s a pro use microscope.
It’s 350 dollars.
This monitor has 3 million resolutions.


Now we can find burr with microscope for low cost.

Next I will report how can remove burr.

Arrma

I warry about Durango parts providing. AMain can provide parts after soon I put parts on cart or wish list. Probably they don't want to make dead stock. Then they watch customers need. I want bulk head. But it will stock on end of June. But I found another brand Arrma. Is the bulkhead same spec as DNX8? Is Arrma one of Hobbico brand? The picture is Durango. It is 2 dollars expensive.

Break In Part3

This picture is same type OS engine piston. But each engines take different way of break in. Already you can understand. Left side is running in,right side is stand in.  Each engine left side is exhaust side. Thermal expansion lean left side continued long time. Then piston top scrape right side only.  And piston side doesn't scrape uniformity. Stand in disuse piston. Not break in,only do break. It takes a balance by chance for short term. So I said heat cycle is very important. Heat cycling protect piston to lean thermal. Perfect break in is like this. Piston top scraping belt width is uniformity on zoom up shot! AND piston side luster is uniformity.
