Engine maintenance part1

I would like to write about engine maintenance.
We have to do many things about engine care.

First I introduce have to do every after run.

I pop out sleeve.using tie wrap. 
Through tie wrap and rotate fly wheel.

Sleeve up little.
You never pinch sleeve by water pump pryor.
Sleeve deform,piston-sleeve relation break out.
Well maintenance sleeve can fall out easily by finger.
If you can't fall out sleeve,you must use plastic opener tool like this.
it's not guitar pick.
I use this tool like this.
If you could't fall out easily.
Sleeve already has deformed or adhesion sludge.
Then We have to clean piston and sleeve every after run.
I clean these with carburetor cleaner.

It's foam type.
First I heat piston and sleeve by heat gun.
I splay this foam.
Not only piston and sleeve.
Chamber
 Exhaust port.Manifold,Pipe
After rebuild ,I use after run oil.
Rube on piston pin and crank pin and bearing.,out side of sleeve.out side piston.

Arrma

I warry about Durango parts providing. AMain can provide parts after soon I put parts on cart or wish list. Probably they don't want to make dead stock. Then they watch customers need. I want bulk head. But it will stock on end of June. But I found another brand Arrma. Is the bulkhead same spec as DNX8? Is Arrma one of Hobbico brand? The picture is Durango. It is 2 dollars expensive.

Break In Part3

This picture is same type OS engine piston. But each engines take different way of break in. Already you can understand. Left side is running in,right side is stand in.  Each engine left side is exhaust side. Thermal expansion lean left side continued long time. Then piston top scrape right side only.  And piston side doesn't scrape uniformity. Stand in disuse piston. Not break in,only do break. It takes a balance by chance for short term. So I said heat cycle is very important. Heat cycling protect piston to lean thermal. Perfect break in is like this. Piston top scraping belt width is uniformity on zoom up shot! AND piston side luster is uniformity.
