MAKE TIRE

I bought Proline M4 tyre
M4 is made from soft material.
Then it has some remarks.

Proline tire has some burrys at bond area.
AKA has almost no burrys.
We should cut them.
Wound sand paper.
Scrape bond area.
Soft material easy to catch dust and oil.
Make air blow hole on sidewall.
M4 should not open on surface.
And use 2mm punch and open three holes.
Wash both bond area tire and wheel with parts cleaner.

I have tire glue jig.
Put on with inner
Nose of CA should insert to wheel rim.
I insert pin quickly among bond area to flow CA well.
I spray hardening accelerator befor pop out the jig.
I use jconcept tire band for a hour.

Arrma

I warry about Durango parts providing. AMain can provide parts after soon I put parts on cart or wish list. Probably they don't want to make dead stock. Then they watch customers need. I want bulk head. But it will stock on end of June. But I found another brand Arrma. Is the bulkhead same spec as DNX8? Is Arrma one of Hobbico brand? The picture is Durango. It is 2 dollars expensive.

Break In Part3

This picture is same type OS engine piston. But each engines take different way of break in. Already you can understand. Left side is running in,right side is stand in.  Each engine left side is exhaust side. Thermal expansion lean left side continued long time. Then piston top scrape right side only.  And piston side doesn't scrape uniformity. Stand in disuse piston. Not break in,only do break. It takes a balance by chance for short term. So I said heat cycle is very important. Heat cycling protect piston to lean thermal. Perfect break in is like this. Piston top scraping belt width is uniformity on zoom up shot! AND piston side luster is uniformity.
