BRAKE CAM

DNX8 brake system is excellent!

This is XB8 center bulk plate.
Brake cam post places center of bulk.
DNX8 hole off set left side.
MP9 off set as same.
When we pull brake lever.break cam touches center of pad.
And Inside pad moves parallel to out side pad.
From the system,brake feeling is so good!
DNX8 brake lever sets vertical to brake pad.
Do you think as same other buggies?

No I don't think so.
DNX8 set vertical from position of brake start to work.
They adjust brake pad thickness just start working.

I don't have to bend brake lever.
Like a this lever.

Arrma

I warry about Durango parts providing. AMain can provide parts after soon I put parts on cart or wish list. Probably they don't want to make dead stock. Then they watch customers need. I want bulk head. But it will stock on end of June. But I found another brand Arrma. Is the bulkhead same spec as DNX8? Is Arrma one of Hobbico brand? The picture is Durango. It is 2 dollars expensive.

Break In Part3

This picture is same type OS engine piston. But each engines take different way of break in. Already you can understand. Left side is running in,right side is stand in.  Each engine left side is exhaust side. Thermal expansion lean left side continued long time. Then piston top scrape right side only.  And piston side doesn't scrape uniformity. Stand in disuse piston. Not break in,only do break. It takes a balance by chance for short term. So I said heat cycle is very important. Heat cycling protect piston to lean thermal. Perfect break in is like this. Piston top scraping belt width is uniformity on zoom up shot! AND piston side luster is uniformity.
